What hours would I have access to the venue?
One-day venue rental includes private use of the venue on the day of the event from 8:00 am-11:00 pm (all items brought in for your event must be off the premises by 12:00 am).
Two-day venue rental includes private use of the venue from 8:00 am the first day to 11:00 pm the second day (all items brought in for your event must be off the premises by 12:00 am).
Does AAA Farms have staff on-site the day of the event?
AAA Farms will have a Representative on-site the day of the event to educate renters on the venue and all operations taking place as well as answer any questions. This time frame will be worked out prior to their first day of rental.
Does AAA Farms oversee the actual coordination of my wedding?
AAA Farms does not provide a day of wedding coordinator for your wedding, but can offer recommendations upon request.
Can I have my wedding rehearsal at AAA Farms?
Clients have access to the venue the day prior to their event, if you have a 2-day rental. If not, clients will get access at 8:00 am on the day of the event.
When do I plan for my event?
You will have a planning meeting 30 days prior to your event at which time you will finalize all details related to your event such as: tables, seating placement, all gifts/dessert tables, DJ setup, bridal table, final guest count, and etc.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
AAA Farms will provide twenty 5-foot round tables (which seat 8), four 8-foot rectangular tables, and 120 wooden chairs.
Do you have multimedia equipment to use such as projectors, televisions, and presentation equipment?
AAA Farms has two 98-inch televisions and one 85-inch television for use.
Do you have an outdoor area for my event?
The venue has a patio that can comfortably seat 150-200 guests depending on the setup and can be used during a ceremony or any other event you wish to host outdoors.
What is the maximum number of guests allowed?
AAA Farms has a maximum of 300 guests.
I’m from out of town and cannot tour your facility, do you have a virtual tour that I can view?
We offer a virtual, interactive tour available on The Knot.
Our event is very small, is it possible to rent out a portion of the venue at a discounted rate?
Discounts are to be given at the discretion of AAA Farms.
Do you recommend any vendors?
AAA Farms has a preferred vendors list available upon request.
Do you provide tablecloths?
We have a set of black or white tablecloths available for rent.
Can I rent AAA Farms by the hour?
The venue can be rented at a rate of $150/hour with a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 6 hours. If guests exceed 45 people, a set fee of $250 will be charged, in addition, to cover cleaning costs. Hourly events are scheduled at the discretion of AAA Farms.
Can I set up the night before?
If you book a 2-day rental, you may set up the day before the event.
Do you have outdoor lighting?
The back patio has hanging bistro lights. Beyond that, we contract with local vendors for any additional lighting, audio, or visual needs.
Where can I display my slideshow/movie"?
Two 98-inch televisions, located in the main hall, can play your media as well as an 85-inch television over the fireplace. More expansive media will need to be discussed with the event coordinator.
Do you have tents?
No, AAA Farms doesn’t provide tents though we can provide a list of vendors.
Do you provide catering services? If not, do you have recommendations?
AAA Farms does not provide catering services though we do supply a catering kitchen, a list of equipment can be supplied upon request. Caterers have their own private entrance for ease of loading and unloading. We can recommend caterers if needed.
